Swap one operator for a new one. Coordinates the charon alpha edit replace-operator flow.

1. Cluster lockUpload the cluster-lock.json for your cluster. It’s parsed entirely in your browser.

2. Operator being replaced

Upload a cluster-lock to see the operator list.

3. New operator ENRPaste the public ENR the new operator generated with charon create enr.
